I booked Saints and Spirits for my 30th birthday party and they hit it out of the park. Not knowing too much about cocktails, I collaborated with them on what the drink menu will be. Kendall showed up to my party and brought such great professionalism, expertise, and enthusiasm. Many months later, my guests still talk about the drinks they had. I’m Kendall Bartelheim, founder of Saints & Spirits and a working mixologist with 4+ years behind the bar at Melinda’s Alley in downtown Phoenix.
What started as bartending quickly became a passion for the craft. I fell in love with experimenting with flavors, learning new techniques, and constantly challenging myself to create something better.
Each week, I help develop an entirely new lineup of cocktails through research and development, testing, tasting, and refining each drink before it reaches the menu.
Cocktail competitions, industry events, and the bartending community have pushed me to keep growing and have become a huge part of why I love this industry.
Saints & Spirits is my way of sharing that passion with others, bringing the creativity, hospitality, and energy I love behind the speakeasy bar directly to private events and experiences.
